At Jivoza, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a single-piece kurti and are not fully satisfied, you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a pick-up if necessary. Please note that shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange request within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For two-piece kurti sets, we offer a return policy of 15 days from the delivery date. The items in the set must be returned together and in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Both pieces must be returned for a refund or exchange to be processed.
